We had a great experience with bulldog builders. Our salesman Matt Pagach was very professional, has a great amount of knowledge and used a very non pressure approach. We were in an emergency situation and every question I had was answered promptly and honestly. Our project manager Shawn and job foreman Mario was also great to work with.  I would highly recommend bulldog builders.

I hired Bulldog Builders to install new siding and gutters on my home. Their price was the best and I liked the reviews I read. A crew showed up in December 2022 and had the majority of the job done in about a week. The crew didn't speak English, so communicating them was impossible. The job was done quickly. They broke a fence (addressed by BB after bringing it up), ripped a screen (BB fixed), kicked my rubber mulch around my yard (I decided it was better addressed on my own), and didn't do all of the work agreed to. Over the next three months, crews would show up, do most of the remaining work, and then I'd get a request for payment. We didn't get to 100% until the first week of March 2023. The job ran over about $1,000.00 because of an oversight by the sales guy. BB agreed to doing it for cost of materials alone, which I appreciated. That all being said, it's my opinion that the biggest issue here was communication between the work crew and BB admin. Sean was great at communicating with me, and did his best to address the issues I brought up. If you're looking for a quick and dirty job, and you have plenty of patience, I'd certainly recommend this company. If you just want it done properly the first time, my recommendation isn't as strong.

We did a full cedar roof replacement and I had done my due diligence and solicited four bids from different contractors. We went with Bulldog Builders because of their professionalism from the beginning. We chose a synthetic shake product that is becoming very popular as a replacement for natural cedar shake. I found out through getting references from the manufacturer that Bulldog has done more of these installations than many of the 'preferred' contractors in the area. Long story short, they did an excellent job. They brought in a professional crew that were clearly well versed in installing these roofs. Watching the orchestration of them working together was amazing. They were respectful of our property and did a wonderful job protecting everything and cleaning up afterwards. The finished product exceeded our expectations. Communication throughout was excellent. Lead time on the product is long, but they kept us well informed as the timeline progressed and they delivered on everything they promised in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend Bulldog Builders to anyone.
